Dinning room table delivered after waiting 9 months on 4/21/22 at 9:30 AM. It was horrible looked like a lunch table, not what we order at all. We were charged the balance of $2,222.53 on my credit card. My wife came in from watching the dog during the delivery to be surprised and was horrified. She went to the mill 2 miles away met with Todd the Owner, he said he would come back and pick up table @ 1 PM and issue a full credit the deposit of $2,000 plus the balanced charged on 4/21/22 of $2,222.53. Todd said he did not want anyone to have a table they were unhappy with. He showed up at 1 PM took the table and said he would issue the credit. It is now 7-days later 4/27/22 and NO REFUND has been issued. The company uses Square to process credit card charges. All he has to do is press a button. My credit card company said he has not issued any credit to date. Todd appeared to be an honest businessman and expressed sorrow for the out come of the table, however at this point we are very suspect since we have not received the REFUND promised on our credit card nor have we received a check. Very, very disappointed after waiting so long for our dinning room table that was delivered months late and a completely different table than we ordered. I'm hoping Todd will honor his word and that I will not have to go to the next step to recoup my money. Bob Rieser
