They worked with us for a week straight because we had a difficult co-signer. They helped with our rental, working us through the process even though we were not the easiest customers to deal with. Just had the greatest experience ever in buying a vehicle (2020 Mazda CX-5) at Enterprise Car Sales at their Peoria AZ location on October 12th 2022. Worked with Rodoifo (Rudy) and Jessica Gastelum on this purchase. Rudy is very friendly, well knowledge, easy going, and attentive to the customers needs. He called me right away on Monday October 10th after I made an inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in. We discussed the vehicle and my interest in buying it and he answered all my questions. He then put me in touch with Jessica who sent me the prequalication form to fill out to qualify to purchase the vehicle. Once completed and form accepted Jessica found the right company to finance the vehicle at the best rate and terms. Upon arriving at Enterprise today Rudy brought the vehicle over to look at. Vehicle was immaculate inside and out. Very clean and better looking than I expected. Took out for a test drive and was impressed how it drove and handled. After this went inside to review and sign the documents with Rudy and Jessica. Documents were prepared beforehand and it only took 10 to 15 minutes to explain, review, and sign all documents. Very efficient and it only took about one hour to complete everything. Would recommend to anyone to visit Enterprise Car Sales for purchasing a vehicle. Again thanks for a great day

My time there was not enjoyable at all. The customer service was not at all what I expected. The lack of communication the inconsistency was too much. Had a 500 voucher that was supposed to be credited towards my car purchase. My sales rep didnt know when or were to run it so I basically lost it smh. The female manager I had a really bad time with. For the 500 I lost they wanted to “make it right” so I ask for a 100 gas card 20% of the 500$. Ended up getting a 50$ gift card because the female manager said she put 50 dollars worth of gas when I purchased the car but who sales a car with no gas? The car was super dirty when I came to pick it up. My experience was really bad and would never work with that team again. As a former admin employee I loved all the encounters with each and every rental branch or sales location but this one in Peoria I didn’t enjoy it one bit.
