The price may be expensive for a tiny cottage with little to no services available to you but the view and peace is absolutely worth it. My fiance and his family has been visiting every year since the early 50's so its a family tradition and one I look forward to each year. The sunsets are beautiful, Provincetown is 5 minutes away, Days Deli is across the street, Truro vineyards less than 5 mins away, everything is convenient to get to.

You'd have to call and ask. The price changes by the season. I always stay the first full week, after labor day weekend. I believe they rent by the week
The town of Truro now allows year-round occupancy of condominiums. Owners of the cottages now have the option to bring their dwellings up to the standards set by the town, pass inspections and legally occupy all year round.
They are now all different inside since the condo conversion. For example:#14 & #15 have had some really nice updates #2 & #8 have had less updating and are more like the original cottages. These are the ones I have stayed in, or visited friends who were staying in. All of the cottages have a great beach area, and magnificent Bay views. Some can be viewed on Air B&B. Others are managed privately, or by local realtors. You can request interior photos from them.

Not all of the cottages rent out but the ones that do are individually owned and operated. On our website you will find contact information where you can inquire and hopefully find dates that work for you. Click on reservations and you will see how to connect with owners.
