AVOID THIS STORE. I paid them $100 to damage my monitor. I was sending it in under warranty for a simple fix, it was without physical damage. It arrived SMASHED to the company, now they wont honor the warranty. UPS owes me a $500 monitor and of $100 shipping. I'll never use them again.

Stuff here is so Rude. When I have a return which doesn't require any boxing or label, he threw me a tape gun and said "Tape yourself". Then I asked to double check if the label has a RMA number on it, he asked me for what? And throw the label to me. And when I handed the label back to him, he threw my label away！！！！！！ Worst UPS experience, will never come back to this store again !
