My friend and I came into this CVS to get one simple item. Our time in CVS was extended much longer than needed. While in the store, one of the male workers would not leave my friend alone and harassed her. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone! I would recommend the CVS on 2750 W New Haven Ave, slightly more up the street, for a more professional customer experience.

I called the CVS on Babcock/192 store, because they reportedly had the double dose COVID 19 booster in store. Initially I spoke with a pleasant woman who stated they had a new vaccine in stock and recommended a flu shot on the same day. Well my husband and I made appointments last week. The head Pharmacist may have been busy? But no exceptions for being rude. We did intake, signed in and a lay person would be injecting both COVID booster and flu shot. Well My husband and I received vaccines but we're told to come back the next day for flu shot. When we returned the following day, again the head Pharmacist was quite abrupt and rude and said we should have gotten the flu yesterday Now we have to wait two weeks. We will never use that pharmacy ever. They also indicated my current pharmacy was experiencing major problems. Which I suspected for the last two months. CVS will lose customers sooner than later.

Poor experience. Prices outrageous. Their care pass is a joke and don't ever sign up. You will never get reward monthly and the call numbers are all over seas with zero help. Total scam. Will open two accounts and one will get your rewards that are in accessible. You cancel pass they keep your monthly or yearly membership fee. Racketeering fully.
