I left three #150 silk dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up the 3 silk shirts had been machine washed and super heavy starched. The shirts were ruined! Additionally one of the shirts had a grease stain across the back which was not there when I left it. Needless to say I am disgusted with Sun Dry Cleaners. Their quality of service has completely disappeared in the past year. Use them at your own risk!

I just paid $102 for getting 4 dresses, 1 suit, and six shirts dry cleaned. This is price gouging plain and simple. I know there’s a supply chain issue but this is ridiculous. Highly recommend going somewhere else for your dry cleaning. I know we will.

Disappointing. That's my overall experience. I've been using this service for my business laundry for about 3 weeks now. In those these weeks I've had an issue with receiving the laundry back either because it was not delivered to the store I dropped it off at or not completed within the quoted time at least once a week. As I only drop off 2-3 loads per week this is an inability to deliver as promised 33-50% of the time. As a small business owner, this isn't a reliable service. I will be going elsewhere.
