If I could give zero stars I would. Waited over 3 hours and finally had to go inside to find out what was taking so long. They hadn’t even looked at my dog and said that he wasn’t a priority. His eyes and nose were bleeding from some sort of reaction to a plant or something. Totally broken out in hives. Ended up leaving because the front desk gal was so rude.

It is now September 18th, 2022 at 5:30, as I write this This emergency room deserves no stars As they are InhumaneTo any family memberThat has four legs. I took my dog my three month old beautiful pitbull puppy To this location, All Valley pet emergency room, apon pulling up to ghe Derry a teck snached her out of my arms and whisk her away from me. Knowing she was in detrimental health. I then waited 2 hours after agreeing to pay the $600 emergency fee but being told to have a seat befor because other people were waiting In line behind us.. I request my dogs condition repeatedly and finally a male provider told me her blood sugar was 54. I said then please give her the glucise tp bring it up . i had mentioned i had 200 cash in my pocket. I would be able tp hanlde any other fees it took. He left stating he was going to give her a blouse of glucose, I Responded with a thank you. And pkease hurry. He then took another hour After reporting my dog's blood sugar was 54 For them to send in a representative toTell me how much it would be to give her sugar. I told them again I need you to go give her sugar please you're going to kill her.The provider then walks in after 5 minutes and says I'm sorry your dog passed awayIt took too long and her sugar just kept declining. i was obviously upset asked for my dogs body. I becaim louder in my request as they were reluctant to provide me her remains. When i got Harley i found her body in rigor mortis Which takes takes over 2 hours to set an after death. They let her die They let her die alone. And lied to me and my 10 year old daughter for hours. they killed our baby girl Harley because they assumed i could not pay the bill and then thought they could lie about her passing Last minute. When she had died hours before because they withheld sugar from her small innocent body assuming i was unable to pay a $300 max price togive her an iv and liquid glucose when repeatedly stated i hat $200 cash in my pocket and i could pay any remaining. No animal loving human would withold a babyfrom its family when dieing, and after finding the immediate life threataning issue, punish a puppy by witholding basic sugar from her brain, knowing low glucose is deadly within minutes I told them i was a nurse i would give her sugar myself happy to place the IV. They. pretending to hide her death it in stalling time with fabricating a larger bill with labs and test trying to place the blame of her death on me. taking to long to produce more cash to their gready hands. Even if i could not pay that is absolutly crewel to let a baby die over low blood sugar so easily and cheeply resolved. My human10 year old daughter at 3 years old had to go to the emergency room for the same blood sugar level of 54.could you imaging the hospial er witholding treatment for even seconds to ask about money? No absolutly not. Our baby Harley is family she deserved thepertunity to live. the staff here killed her by lack of action knowing the outcome of stalling treatment for her simple diagnosis. Do not take your 4 leged family members to this establishment they have no value or understanding of how precious amd unique every life is on this planet. Our two male dogs, my 4 young children and husband are mournung the loss of our beutiful, intelegent, loving baby girls presence All becuase a staff, proffessing compation for the inocent lives of creatures unable to advocate for themselves chose to euthenise our family member by lack of due dilgence and responcible medical intervening action.

I lost my sweet Sophie last night. The treatment she received was remarkable and I know they did everything they could do. I want to thank the entire staff and Dr Hively for showing care and compassion. It was so comforting to know that these people care for animals as if they are their own.

My dog was very sick after tests were done, a rock was in her stomach and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Myers was amazing as was the entire staff. Complete recovery.
