I went to this location during a sale day and was checked out by Clarissa, she managed to charge me full price on items that were on sale, so I came back in and showed her my receipt and she acknowledged that she made a mistake but couldn’t fix it and didn’t seem to care. This lady was so unhelpful and rude, I am amazed that she holds a management position. Do your self a favor goodwill and get rid of this unhelpful worker. I will not be returning to this location because of her.

This goodwill, is by far one of my favorite goodwills across the states i have been. you can always find special items that you may have been looking for or just thought about finding... you can more than likely find it here !!! This location never fails me and it's always reasonable pricing. I love this Goodwill on Fairview so much!! :: The variety of many great items you will find there, their associates are really nice and it's organized and clean.

Yes, we take donations daily from opening hours to 6pm.
You can return items. But you need to have the receipt and it has to be returned within 7 days.
Hello Randy, We no longer have pickup. For televisions, we are unable to take the large box televisions, but we can the flat screens. Otherwise, we can accept all of the donations you mentioned at the store.
