Got putter fitting with Nancy from Belmont. She is very professional and gave me great advices and had my two old clubs shortened and re-griped fast and nicely done. Really appreciated that! I would definitely recommend to ask for Nancy to do fitting for you!

Went here on May 20, 2022 at around 5 pm. It was great because it had been a while since I met my dad and was going iron shopping for his new clubs. There were some great team members, the very tall associate and lady associate who helped us at the register were very nice and accomodating. But whilst waiting for the tall associate to help us with my dad's Srixon and Mizuno testing, my dad - having a dinner appointment to catch - politely asked the middle-aged associate next to him if that associate can help him. Without being rude, unlike this associate, I can only describe him in physical details as I forgot his name. He looked around 5'10, had a slight bulging stomach, and a scowl. As soon as my dad asked him, the associate was dripping with sarcasm, asking my dad if he needed two associates to help him with a demo. Then, turning to the tall associate, he said to help my dad with the demo because he's getting desperate. Honestly, what's the deal man. Just trying to visit one of the only PGA stores in the BA and you have to go ahead and be cranky. If your day is bad just keep it to yourself, don't try to belittle others.

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.
FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.

In my experience they e been good. Social distancing adhered to, masks worn, limited people in the store. I've been in there 2-3 times and always felt comfortable.
