This was our first time at Bistro 44 and loved it! We made a dinner out of appetizers (crab cakes - you get three small ones, onion rings, French onion soup, and Cajun shrimp - not very Cajun-y but good). They poured a nice tall glass of wine for $6.50. Service was excellent, food came to the table very quickly. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Went with 2 other couples. Sat in Bar area. Had drinks and Dinner. We ordered off early bird menu. I had Bourbon Pecan Salmon over rice with perfectly cooked veggies. Partner had Spaghetti and Meatballs. At first he was disappointed that it was light on sauce but after a few bites decided it was delicious. Portions were generous. Everyone was happy with order and service was excellent and not rushed. Will go back.

Quality ingredients make for a quality meal. Everything was delicious and well prepared. All flavor notes melted well together. Presentation was on par. Good service and a nice atmosphere. Hidden gem. Will come here again!

Good food, good service. We had a cuban sandwich and fish tacos (pollock) and both were tasty. Hours are a bit strange as they apparently close when it gets slow, so don't expect them to serve you when you arrive at 7:40 if there's no one else just arriving.
