Horrible experience. Came through drive through at 10:40 pm. Sat behind three cars to be told at the speaker that they were only serving Uber and Door Dash because they were understaffed. We could not get out and had four cars behind us. We ask for a manager and got a very rude employee that actually came through the back door and got very loud and called us dummies. We ask for the corporate number and he got louder and I felt very threatened. He said his name was Joseph Hubbard and he didn't care who we called or complained to it didn't affect him either way. I Will be contacting the location manager and area director and corporate offices. Joseph Hubbard was lucky I didn't call the police tonight. I am 60 years old and he had no right to come outside and threaten us.

I will never go back to the J in T B on Grant and Palo Verde again. The last 4 times that I have went there they messed up my orders, gave me the wrong food,cold fries, no tomato or lettuce on the burgers and no cheese. When I had to take the whole order back the Manager treated me like I was stupid and after 10 mins gave me the food I DID order but like I was an inconvenience.

2am on a Saturday night is not the ideal time to stop by apparently. I was in that line for 42 minutes and had to sit at the window for another 6 minutes before finally being handed my order. Though I can say that the 2 cars in front of me were fully seated so maybe all the other cars were parties of 4+ all ordering separately and that's what slowed down the kitchen somehow. Either way I was happy to not be in the line anymore. Maybe they just need a bigger lot and a few more staff on hand. At least the order was correct but I only ordered 2 items so it wasn't a hard task to begin with.

We haven't been to Jack in the Box in a while. The Ultimate Cheeseburger was great! My friend had a Sourdough Burger and it was good. The French fries were not up to par! They were cold and they weren't tasty! We went through the drive through.
