Elevation Apartments has had its share of difficulties since CommCap bought it in 2018. One issue has been the high turnover in the office staff. Now they have a long term manager (Ariana), and a new leasing agent (Jessica) who are changing that picture. After 5 years at this complex, I decided to relocate. The move was a nightmare. No-show movers, extreme heat, and health issues made it difficult to vacate. Ariana and Jessica were understanding and patient. After the move, CommCap’s final bill did not reflect a payment I made in the office. One call to Jessica, and the bill was corrected and account closed. Thank you!!! Big load off my plate!

Have been staying at this place for a little over a year now and I can say, in relation to other apartment complexes Elevation is a great option. The environment is kept up with. In comparison to other complexes the noise is kept to a minimum during the evenings and weekends. Pool and gym area are always clean. When I have needed repairs in the living space the staff is really good about getting to it asap and respectful. Also, the office staff is extremely cooperative and flexible. If you are looking for a place to enjoy your mainstay you can't go wrong with Elevation.

Previous staff was a little difficult to contact and be in touch with. Currently, everyone at the leasing office is pleasant and friendly to talk too. They have taken care of all my issues or concerns fairly quickly. Maintenance also works very quickly to fix any issues! It is a very quiet and calm neighborhood, i enjoy living here. Only issue is that gates seem to not work at times and parking can also be difficult, as there is limited open parking.

I am a current resident of elevation apartments and I honestly can not wait until my lease is up to move. The apartment itself is small and there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, however these things I knew before signing the lease 3 years ago. Since then the management has changed and for the absolute worst! The rent has gone up significantly, to the point that it is not even compatible with its amenities. And the utilities are no longer included, making it even more expensive. Which would be fine if you were able to use your utilities! The management turns off the AC unit for nearly 4 months of the year.. you know the severe Tucson winter season requires the heater instead at that time. The apartment doesn’t go below 80 degrees, even with windows or doors opened. Be aware of this before moving in because they do not offer this information up front, and I know why, because no one would move in. Also good luck with any maintenance request being completed timely (3 months without hot water in the kitchen) or getting anyone to answer the phone. I’ve only called a few times and no one is ever there. I never write reviews so please consider this before renting.

Elevation is currently "managed" by the Texas real estate investment firm that bought the property- ComCapp. The office staff claims that there is no longer an email contact for Elevation.
Whenever they feel like it. Posted hours are 10am to 6pm M-Sa, and 12pm to 5pm Sun. However, they close without warning on any day at any time.
Good Morning Carolyn, every resident received a notice at the end of June about the name change and the new management company.
