My initial phone call to Stephanie was so warm and positive. She answered all my questions and offered to set up an appointment to come down from the Phoenix metro area. The tour that Cedric gave was informative and really very pleasant. The leasing team’s enthusiasm was sincere and welcoming. I loved seeing the improvements underway and the staff were hard at work all over the property. I have been trying to find an affordable apartment for my daughter who is starting her first job out of college and Catalina Ridge Apartments fits the bill to a “T”. Full transparency on costs is greatly appreciated and the automated application process was a breeze. It took very little time to get our paperwork completed and we are set with our move in date. I’ve been living here for just over a month. While my move in was a rather stressful experience, Cedric and Stephanie have been both very accommodating and helpful getting everything fixed up and squared away. I can’t thank them enough.

The actual property itself I love it’s in a convenient area for me. The apartment will be nice once it’s finished. But I have had nothing but a terrible experience moving in. My unit was supposed to be ready on Wednesday but pushed back twice due to it not being ready. I do understand it was the outside vendor however I already had rentals scheduled and had to extend them. And on top of that had to go out of my way to get a hotel because I was moving from out of state. I also had already had a package shipped there (thinking I was moving on Wednesday) and asked the office staff to grab it for me. Nobody grabbed it and it was stolen with over $100 worth of stuff in it. The maintenance even said they saw it but didn’t bring it inside or anything. Under these circumstances, of moving from out of state, I had to move in as soon as possible so I was given the keys to an unfinished unit. Maintenance couldn’t even take some of their stuff, leaving behind old light fixtures, screws all over the floor, and even a razor blade on the floor! So it is now just sitting outside. I also asked them to finish putting the stove together and get it on. They never showed up. Once they actually finish the unit I know it will be very nice and I’m excited for that. However this initial move in process has been pure hell.
