Agave at Twenty Two is an excellent location to live. If you're looking for a complex of apartments that genuinely cares about its residents, then look no further. I can say that I have found a wonderful place to call home after living here for a brief period. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and affordable, not to mention the leasing office's friendly staff. They will assist you in fixing or resolving any problems that may arise during your stay. In addition, if something needs to be fixed in your apartment, the maintenance staff is fantastic, friendly, and hardworking; I can always rely on them to resolve my issues promptly. I enjoy living at Agave at Twenty Two; I could not ask for a better staff or living environment.

Very unsafe place to live! Also came with no lighting we had to provide our own ceiling fans, the bath tub looks like it was spray painted and the noise is ridiculous we can never get any sleep. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This was the first apartment to get me out of a very bad situation and was willing to take me in with my children and my large dogs on very short notice. The office management know myself and my children by name and have always been there for us since we have moved in. I am friends with my maintenance men who are always on time with my request, I have wonderful neighbors that I have met over the past year that have welcomed me and my children. We had some problem with people on property last year and Maria and Dustin were so helpful in removing them very quickly. The property is beautiful and they are making more and more changes to the property to make it more kid friendly and more enjoyable for us adults. This is the first apartment complex that I have had no issues with complaints or police or any damages to property. We have signed our second lease and plan on staying after this as well

They look nice from being remodeled, but don’t let that fool you not only are the renovations done sloppy and cheap, but how the apartments are built in general is very poor. The walls are very thin that you can hear everything your neighbors is doing, even their conversation if they are projecting their voice even slightly. If you are tenderizing your chicken on your kitchen counter it will shake your neighbors apartment. If someone walks by your apartment your window will shake. It’s fine to deal with if the apartments weren’t trying to give off the allusion that they are nice and charging way above what they are worth.

Between $600-800
The application fee is $40 per person.
The credit card payment sure, as long as it's a debit card, but expect a fee. And idk 100% about the split payment, but as long as they get their money, I'm sure they'd be fine with it.(I'm a former resident)
No deal it doesn't matter what breed or if you pack multiple in a aparment. They dont care. All they care about is renting. Not very many rules
