No deal it doesn't matter what breed or if you pack multiple in a aparment. They dont care. All they care about is renting. Not very many rules

The new owners kept the pet deposit ridiculously high, but added a bunch of restrictions. Breed restrictions, and a weight limit of 30 pounds. But still charge you the same amount for a pet deposit as when there were no restrictions. Slimey and greedy.
