Ordered a tree to arrive in the 9th-14th window. It wasn't even shipped until the 10th. I called on the 13th and was told that it would be delivered before that day's end. It didn't arrive. It arrived very late yesterday after dark, I guess. I left home at 7 p.m. to go out and returned home late. So, tree frozen solid this morning when I retrieved it. How it could have arrived at the beginning of that 9-14 window when it was shipped on the 10th is beyond me. But it did squeak in a couple of hours before the 14th delivery deadline. Thus us the LAST time ordering from them for me. U gave ordered for years. Got a very dry tree one year and gave them a second chance. I'm done.

Ordered two wreaths in mid November to be delivered between the 3rd-8th of December. They didn’t arrive, called on the 10th to inquire and was told I would have them by mid week. Today they were still not shipped so I call to cancel. Not even so much as an apology.

I completely understand your disappointment. I am the owner and you have my apology. Our supplies of wreaths and the balsam material to make them were unusually late--I mean never in 35 years have I seen this, and it was due to repeated snowy weather that occurred starting mid-November. There wasn't a wreath shipper in the state that did not experience this problem. We kept expecting our supply to come, but we kept being put off until this week. Now that we have the wreaths, we have all hands on deck working overtime to do in 1 week what we expected to do in a 3 weeks. One of your gift wreaths was delivered yesterday, and your wreath as well as the other gift wreath were shipped yesterday via UPS. They say delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I have emailed the tracking number to you. Again, I am very sorry that we could not deliver wreath in the time frame.
