I cannot recommend Empire to anyone. They did our kitchen backsplash and our Master shower and tub. Communication was terrible, they delayed everything weeks but worst of all, the finished project was awful. They grouted the backsplash wrong, installed crooked, sunken in and broken tiles. Only way to fix was to cut out the sheetrock. Bathroom was also installed poorly and they think it looks fine. Has taken weeks to get anything sorted out. They don't call when they say they will, show up without telling us they are coming, etc. The mess they left behind after the kitchen was shocking. Even the tile selection process was so much more complicated than it should have been. Despite them making numerous errors, I never felt like our project was any sort of priority.
