Our experience was superb. The estimator came right out and was forthright in detailing the costs, the discounts, and the final pricing. He answered all of our questions and we were set to proceed in about a half hour. No pressure, no "You have to sign up today for a discount," no hidden charges or extra warrantee charges. The installer, Eli, was here right on time and came in to set up the electronics to our wi-fi. He explained what he was doing and gave us a short tutorial about how it works. He was on the roof and working within 20 minutes, and had the entire job done in less than three hours for our two story rooflines. He then came back inside to show us a second time how the system works on our phone. He was very pleasant, very neat, very knowledgeable and left our home and yard exactly as it was. Everything was cleaned up and he was gone in short order. This was a first rate experience from start to finish. John Thomas

Eli came and did a demonstration for us to put Everlights on our house we are building. The lights were bright and the variety was impressive. The cost was better then most systems we looked at and the technician (Eli) was knowledgeable and professional in his manner. I would definitely recommend that any one looking for lights should at least take a look at this company.

How much is it for installation? I know it probably depends on square footage, but how much per square foot?

Installation depends on the time of year, if we're running any discounts by season, the style of the home, and also by what area of the country you're in, as labor rates vary. I can't turn the lights on!!!! The bride is blue, but my phone icons are red, and I get the message that the bridge has lost connection. What can I do???? I love my lights and they have been working great.

Try unplugging the bridge and rebooting it. Mine did that once and that fixed it. If you get stuck, call Everlights. They can walk through some troubleshooting with you. You need to be sure the back of the unit has the flashing lights by where the ethernet cable plugs in. If they are off it isn't connected.

When I tried to turn on lights for Halloween I got the message: Bridge connection lost Lighting stopped. What do I do?

Thanks for the question! At this time no, our software is compatible with both iOS and Android for control of your system. But we're always looking to add more features and will consider this for future updates.
