Not everybody needs to be fit. Some rooms you need to be fit, but other rooms has nothing to do with being fit, and more about being clever or smart, how fast they can figure out a puzzle.
Yes and some 3 people you can somehow manage to pass with only two, but it's much better to have 3 people at least.
To really enjoy most of the games, you would probably have to be at least 10-12. Many of the games have harder physical and mental challenges.
