Fluent is a joke of a company. Every level of this company is a scam. They lie to get you to sign the contract then you get 3 days to cancel and they disappear for 3 days. The salesman tell you one thing, the company tells you another thing, the contract says 3rd thing. Customer service is awful. Product is trash and they won't help you! Then they only tell you what's in there convenient they won't cancel the contract with out charging you alot off money,all the employees and supervisors are a liars DO NOT SIGN UP 1

The best security company i have ever dealt with..Customer service is a 10..i would recommend them anytime.
You have to open the fluent app and hit the menu setting and press add doorbell camera. And from there you follow the steps making sure that its flashing red and green. Go to your wifi settings and add the doorbell then open the app and and connrct to your wifi . if done correctly. It will sync . if it doesnt it probably is because of poor wifi signal or its not deleted from alarm .com. If all fails. Call us and well be happy to help
