I came to tour and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff , the manager Christine was so kind and the office staff Taylor was so kind. I love the turtle pond and the cleanliness of the complex. Highly recommend loving here!

Went to look and then totally applied! Staff showed interest in us and was very nice with my son too. We are just waiting for our approval and we are excited to be moving in if all goes well! Community is under construction however it was still a cute little getaway in the East side! Very happy with our visit!

Don’t rent here! I have lived here for a year and a half in that time I have put in 4 maintenance requests for a leak in the roof of my kitchen. This last time I woke up on New Year’s Eve to my kitchen flooded. I took pictures and put in a maintenance request when the office opened at 10 am that day. They were set to close at 4p. After a week of seeing or hearing nothing I went to the office to complain. It was only after I complained that maintenance looked at my roof and scraped off the area that was pealing. Well it has been another week and still nothing. This is completely unacceptable especially because I pay $1115 monthly on time and have never once been late! They don’t care, go somewhere else!!!!
