This is the "management" company for my condo complex. They are very slow to do anything! There was a railing outside my front door that finally got "fixed" this past year after being broken for about something like 4 years! The outside light posts don't work, and haven't for a while. It makes me wonder why we pay the HOA fees that we do for them to do essentially nothing!

Total Home Management is totally unresponsive to homeowner inquiries and requests, and totally unprofessional in their handling of relations with individual homeowners in our community. Our condo board seriously erred in its decision to hire this company.

1) Someone has been parking in the space number our landlord provided. Property management said they aren't sure if they were assigned that space or not, nor if we have the wrong number, but that they should soon have an updated list and will let us know. That was at least 8 months ago when we moved in. We have been forced to park in visitor parking this entire time. 2) Our water pressure has been lost several times. They have a tendency not to send out alerts in such cases, or even be aware of the situation as is the case today. We're still waiting on a reply as to the reason. 3) Snow removal is supposed to be included, but there were regularly dangerous ice patches due to snow being walked on for days. Seriously. There were sometimes several weeks with multiple snowfalls and nothing was done in between. We've noticed quite a few elderly, so this isn't ideal. 4) The pool hasn't been ready despite the obligation to open on memorial day. Another resident said last year it took several weeks. The pool was even closed part of the season heading into labor day weekend last summer after an inspection forced them to shut it down, so general maintenance has been problematic as well. 5) We got notice of the roof work by the slamming of tiles overhead first thing in the morning. Originally they notified us 2 weeks before, but apparently that date was delayed and they didn't notify anyone when it was set for early morning. They also said they expected the job to be done around 8pm (it was after 9, actually) and we were woken up again the next day the same way. 6) They generally tend not to have answers, and often do not respond or follow up to our requests for information. 7) When they DO respond, the answers are ambiguous. Like the answer to the request for the pool open date, that they're working with Oakland county. Like, my dude... You didn't even start working on it until a few days before, and now you're giving me no information as to how much work is remaining and trying to pin the blame on an external organization. This excuse is like texting someone you're almost there even though you only just left. The only thing they do reliably is the most pointless and noisy: cutting the lawn every week over the course of several hours in the day.

This company is a bad property manager, We pay 170.00 Annually and for what? The entrance to the subdivision is a mess, broken concrete, weeds in the flower garden. They do a poor job of plowing the streets in the winter, I would love to get rid of this company.
