Been living here now for 3 months. Love the apartment, location, and community. It's quiet, clean, and a great value. The leasing office is wonderful. Mitch and the staff are very nice, easy to work with, and very open and forthcoming when answering questions or explaining the leasing process. I've had to call maintenance a couple times for small issues and they usually show up within a few days of the request. Awesome. If anything changes I'll update the review but I am really enjoying my stay at Three Oaks! If you are looking for somewhere with good clientele, a quiet community, and good amenities, nothing beats this place for the money.

I have throughly enjoyed living at Three Oaks. The application process was seamless. For me the maintenence is always on time, if needed. I agree some units are dated, but my neighbors are awesome! The grounds are beyond well maintained. Each time there was a concern it was attended to professionally and promptly. If you are in the market, swing by and see for yourself! Definitely a place to call home!

If you are looking to move into an apartment, choose Three Oaks Apartments! As soon as you speak to the leasing office, you will want to move in. Everyone goes above and beyond! The leasing office staff are always available, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive and quick to fix anything that needs to be done in your unit. The property is beautiful. You will also find yourself with great neighbors. There are so many amenities at the complex from the pool, to the gym, to the dog friendly environment! I highly recommend checking out Three Oaks Apartments and making one of their apartments your new home!

The apartments are a bit dated, which I didn’t have a problem with. Everything there had gone smooth for me, up until move out. I’m still confused as to why it takes so long for them (or corporate) to mail move out notices & final walk throughs… As well as the deposit first put down to move into the apartment. It’s been over 30 days for me and I am very disappointed in the return time thus far. They emailed me asking for a forwarding address as soon as I moved out, but have still not received anything… crazy how they’re so fast to take money, but can’t send it back during the estimated time they tell you they will send it (of course if nothing is damaged).
