I would like to start by saying, Windsor dresses was highly recommended by one of my sisters. This was my first time attending the store and unfortunately it was a horrible experience. I was looking for dresses and I heard a loud voice repeating "ma'am, ma'am, ma'am" I turned around it was the the store manager (Natalia at Oakland Mall in Troy MI) with a rude tone sayin you can only take 6 items into the fitting room and will not be allowed to take more into the fitting room. I said that was fine but she kept following me around the store and was being very rude. It was very disappointing that my shopping experience was tainted by an unprofessional and rude manager. If you ever make it to this store beware of the manager. I hope someone from the corporation reads this and replaces her with someone who knows and understands customer deriving and is professional.

My daughter was told by a sales associate that she if she wasn't so "BIG" she could find a dress. So my daughter who is a size 10 is to big??? How can you even allow for your sales associates to be so hateful and inconsiderate. In this day and age where bullying is such a huge issue 😪 it's a shame that a big company like Windsor would allow such awful treatment of a customer.
