I had to sent overnight checks to BCBS for keeping our insurance coverage and used this location. The BCBS said they did not receive and delivery proof has signatory name who does not belong to recipient company. Delivery proof also prints no delivery location. I inquired back in this location and the lady asked to call 1800 with no further information. 1800 is totally automated and asked to file claim only. The store cant say why delivery location does not print on delivery proof and will not do anything to locate where the package is. I now even doubt if these guys ever put my papers in the packet before shipping.

I have been using this location exclusively for about three years to send document packages as a notary public. The staff is always polite and on point. They always acknowledge when customers walk in the door and take care of me promptly. I highly recommend this FedEx location.
