Most of the associates here are awesome. Management on the other hand is lacking. Listened to a Pink manager talk about how she was the big bad manager and everyone has to respect her while actively avoiding customers and yelling at associates. It was difficult to watch and she was very condescending to me when I asked for help. Edit: I've been back twice since this incident and have received terrible service from all associates. Really, really disappointed.

I had to do a return because I forgot my coupons from the week before. Adrian has always been helpful and I will actually wait in line for her and nobody else because she is friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

Soooo the store moved upstairs onto the second floor. They combined both PINK and VS into a tiny store front. Not the same vibes. Walls are white, everything’s thrown around. It felt like a over priced department store. I did not get that sexy, amazing vibe that i always do when I visit. At least paint the walls pink, jeeze! I’m assuming the store is on its way out of Somerset after this move & it makes me sad.

I have one complaint the store does carry large sizes in all the areas.You can only order they larger sizes online.
