Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! They lie to you on what they provide. Their customer service is non-existent. We switched back to Century Link because we needed service and Clear Rate was not helping. Stay away.

horrible customer service and predatory contracts. You can only cancel your contract if you stand on one foot during a special time in March or April something just stupid. Otherwise they keep extending and locking you in for another year without even notification that "hey your contract is going to be extended" etc.. just overall predatory consumer practices. Probably should be reported to the FCC for this. Edit: just so you people that read this know the person responding to this is literally lying. Here’s what the clear rate rep sent via email to us direct copy/paste I’m just taking out exact dates. “The account is currently in an auto renewal terms until xx/Xx/2023 and removal of services will result in early termination fees which is 90% of the average monthly invoice times the months remaining.” Last contract we actually signed with them was in 2017 so not only do they have shady business practices they also have someone lying about it.

Unhook everything from the power. That's attached to the phone line. Leave everything unhooked for 5 minutes. Make sure power and phone line both after 5 minutes hook everything back up. Met me know if that helps
