I bought the wrong pair of gloves at another dunhams and called to make sure that they had the right size. I drove HALF AN HOUR just for me to get the there and the person I talked to on the phone not 45 minutes earlier to put them on hold had lost the gloves. He not only wasted my time, but my money and my gas and seriously ruined my day as this was supposed to be the only store within an hour drive that had the gloves I wanted. Seriously just horrible

They were the only place I could find that still had bathing suits! Great customer service at the register. This store is always a pleasure to go into.

When l checked out a golf glove, l showed the clerk the sale price on their website, ask if they can match it. The clerk does not know what to do. When the manager came, he honored the price but told me normally they don’t match it unless it is shown at their store. I realized my phone screen showed a different store which is whatever default when l opened Dunham’s website. I can easily change that to this store. Obviously the manager does not understand this either. More training is needed at this store because it never happened to me before in other Dunham store.
