Our Private Offices come fully furnished and include up to 200 professional answered phone calls by our staff here. They also include, Free Wifi, 100 black and white copies/scans, 24/7 access, your company information on our suite directory as well as a membership to the gym on site!

Depending on the size of the Desks, our Private offices can hold anywhere from 1-4 people comfortably

Here at the Top of Troy PNC Building there are many amenities to make your life more convenient. There is both a Café’ that is open M-F during business hours as well as Ruth’s Chris if you are looking for a quiet, more intimate dinner. There is also a Gym, Dry Cleaners, and Golf Simulator available. If you are looking to Travel, there is both a Travel Agent as well as an expedited Passport company on the main floor.

No, you do NOT have to have a contract with us in order to use our services. However, with our standard 12-month contract you do receive a discounted rate for services. If you prefer to not have a 12-month contract, we do offer a 6-month contract or a month to month option for an additional fee.

When you sign up for Mail Service with us, you not only get the prestigious Top of Troy address for your business, but you also receive a locked mailbox that you can access 24/7. We also accept packages on your behalf from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

We have many options available to rent by the hour or a full day, with 24/7 access you can utilize our space to fit your needs. Our Standard Office fits up to 3 people, the Small Conference fits 4-5 people, our Media Conference room holds 7-9 and our Large Conference Room can fit 10 around the table, with the ability to fit more chairs in as needed.

With over 1800 parking spaces available and 4 difference entrances, you will be able to park and enter the building with ease.

We offer anywhere from your very own Private Office with an amazing view from the 20th floor all the way to using an office or one of our 3 conference rooms by the hour. We also have Co-working space that is available for a daily use as well as a private desk that could dedicated to only you. All these options come with 24/7 access as well as use of our kitchen, with coffee and water provided all day!

We provide Advanced Administrative Support, which can include simple or complex phone answering, CRM data base entry, scheduling appointments via Client specific data bases or google calendars, monitoring emails, confirmation calls and much more! Everything is built around the needs of our clients!

We have a Café’ in the building that is open during business hours and if you are looking for a more elegant meal, Ruth’s Chris is on site in the evenings and weekends. There are also 20-30 Restaurants sure to fit your needs within a one-mile radius of the PNC Building.
