Wow. This place is totally worth the money. The food here is excellent! I was totally shocked and impressed how good this place is. Never judge a restaurant by its front door. Not gonna lie, I thought I was gonna be disappointed like I was when I ate another local Chinese restaurant here. They take pride in the taste and presentation of their meals and they were awesome. Its hard to find a Chinese restaurant thats not a buffet and shares the real culture in their food. These guys and gals totally nailed it. I an so happy I gave them a try and even more happy that I live close by. 😊

I used to love China Garden. I typically ate there about once a week because the lunch specials were so good. Honestly I've never liked the service, it's always been bad, but the food was always so good. I can't really say how the service is now because I've only gone inside once and used Door Dash the other time, but since getting new owners this restaurant has really gone downhill. The prices have skyrocketed, the food isn't nearly as good, and you get less food than you used to. I wanted some honey beef from their dinner menu, but noticed it's $23. That's insane! I've been to much nicer Chinese restaurants with a lot lower prices. I know that prices have to change over time and I have no problem with that, but $23? I just can't justify that. I feel like customers are being taken advantage of with those kind of prices. When I get a craving for Chinese food from now on I believe I'll drive as extra 15 minutes to Red Flower in Big Stone Gap.
