We specifically request for him as we have nothing but the most exceptional customer service and experience with him. He is very honest, friendly, personable, and kind. I had my car serviced this past weekend @ Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. I was greeted by Jennifer who was very friendly and easy to speak to. She walked me through all the things that would be done on my car that day and offered me a complimentary car wash which I needed and much appreciated. This was my second visit here to have my cars scheduled service and everyone is always very friendly, helpful and make a much hated chore a more pleasurable experience. Love that your coffee service is back!
