I got the pleasure to work with Oscar (rep) and Frank (tech) from Giggle Fiber. Thank you very much for the great, smooth, and fast customer experience from beginning to end! Truly appreciate it. Day 1 scheduled appointment for next day (10 mins) Day 2 got a heads up phone call, tech arrived as scheduled, installation done (less than 50 minutes) (actual internet downtime during the switch from spectrum to giggle fiber was less than 10 minutes, wow, thanks!)

Internet was down, called Giggle fiber and they send their technician this morning, Leo arrived & he is really detail and friendly, he even checked & changed all outdoor cables & wires. Seldom write reviews but he is really good & professional enough. Most important is he cares.

I have been with the changing company from when Altrio was starting as a new company to Champion and now to Giggle (around 20 years at this point). I have been very happy with the service, price, and customer service. Received notice of a decision to change everyone to gig service - I understand that and the increased speed for a very nominal price change was fine. I did have a concern with a change regarding billing but when I spoke to them they went out of their way to alleviate my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
