Horrible service, had 3 guys tell me three different prices for a basic oil change, up sell, up sell , up sell is their only concern. VERY disappointing

Car sensors showed my oil level was low on my 2003 986 Boxster. Decided I would have them take care of it. Overall a good experience. A bit pricey though but seeing as my options were limited and I needed this looked at right away, glad they were able to handle it for me. Came on a Monday morning right at 8AM. Didn't have to wait. Drove right up and got handled.

Greatly disappointed! I brought my fleet vehicle here for an oil change. Upon arrival, I notified personnel that I was using a fleet account to pay for service. After service was completed, the manager told me that they don't have an account with my fleet provider! Instead of offering a simple apology at the least, they said, "Oh you can just get the expense reimbursed with your company." Well, okay then! A mission statement, i.e., "We will serve people with excellence, humbly, with a servant’s heart," means nothing unless it is backed by action. In fact, it's totally disgusting to read something like this and experience what I experienced.
