As the reviews say, which are true walls and floor are so thin that you will be irritated by the amount of sound you hear because someone is just walking in their room. Though the service guys come whenever you raise the request most of the time the fix they provide is stop gap one. So that issue is never properly addressed. Though rates are reasonable considering the area the construction quality of the building is something which you should be considering before moving here.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience with this management company has been horrific. I had a renovated one bedroom and was a resident for 15 months, you can tell the buildings are old, but the real issue is the lack of answering any questions. Lack of answering phone calls, emails, and scamming people out of money. They had in their system that I was underpaying rent through the duration of my stay which was incorrect, served me papers from small claims court for the money that I didn't owe, forced me to pay their legal fees for THEIR mistakes in their system still. I also paid a full month's rent and utilities for the two weeks of the last month I was there because no one could answer me. They just scam you out of money any way they can. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Intercom was not working Home is in pathetic condition , not cleaned , not fixed all stuff, pet fur every where, horrible condition. Worst experience with Charter Square management. The apartment given is in pathetic condition so I told I cannot move in. They told either they will clean or give new apartment a which is high rent. There is current one month free rent offer and they confirmed that will apply. After I confirmed I will take new apartment then they say one month free rent will not be given. The same type of back and forth changes in the rent, in gas charges even after lease agreement is signed. I never thought I do struggle so much with lot of mental pressure to just take lease of an apartment. Very horrible experience.
