Franco was an absolute pleasure to work with! He made the transaction of getting into a new lease SO effortless and easy. I had two babies with me and he was patient the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Volkswagan. Such a nice guy. Also, Colby who was my previous sale associate (now the sale manager) was also so helpful and a pleasure to see. Can’t believe I actually have good experiences at a car dealership of all places! If you’re big on customer service I’d highly recommend Gunther Volkswagen Delray.

I'm not one who writes negative reviews, I usually write positive ones, however I feel this is the only way to allow a business to see areas for improvement. Took my car in for a problem, and was given an estimate for the fuel pump, plus recommend work car needed. I did find a mechanic who could do the same repair on fuel pump saving me a couple hundred, however I was willing to work on the "recommend work -serpentine belt, AC filter etc" with Gunther, the actual dealership. I was told I would still be responsible for the $150 assessment, or consultation fee since I was not fixing the fuel pump, plus charges for recommended work by Gunther themselves. So Gunther would rather lose a client willing to pay over $350 in recommended work, just because I chose to go elsewhere for the fuel pump. Not asking for the entire $150 to be credit towards work, but something I feel would be fair. Or to be told this upfront would have been nice too. I feel because I am young they possibly thought they could take advantage of me, and they did.

My experience here was one of the best I have EVER had at a dealership. Not only was the service impecable and amazing, the care I received while I was there was awesome! I truly felt like I was being taken care of and given the best deal possible thanks to Justin and Miguel. Justin was super friendly and informative before I was making a purchase, and Miguel gave me the best possible information and care he could while making the deal. Thank you again so much.

I was approached by Lucas with my check tire pressure light on. He showed me the bubble in the tire that was losing air. He said that I might need a new tire. I agreed to that if it was necessary. I asked for a courtesy car wash. I offered to come back when I was due for an oil change in a couple of weeks. He offered to have the oil change done the same day I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness. I told him that I was concerned about the cost and he said that he’d come back to me with a price. I was charged fairly and according to my lease contract. It was worth every penny for the convenient and pleasant visit. And always good to say hello to the familiar faces, Garrison being one of my favorites. A lot of people have been there for years. I think that says something about the business:)
