Horrible service, tried to steal my international package that was dropped at this location. I saw employees stare at package and come back to me and say they didnt have it. The attitude of the owner is very poor, tries to upcharge you when you drop off a return to add packing to your box, why would i add packing when im returning the box and its content the same way it was received? She literally bashed my box in saying it wont hold up, who does it need to be protected from big foot? I am in shock at what just happened

I HAVE FED EX ACCOUNT FOR YEARS , BUT SOME TIME WHEN WE WANT PACKAGE TO GO OUT SAME DAY WE USE FED EX DROP OFF LOCATIONS, LIKE THIS ONE NEAR OUR STORE , I WOULD CALL THIS LOCATION NOT MOST PLEASURABLE TO DEAL WITH, ALWAYS EXCUSES NOT TO ACCEPT PACKGE, "BOX TO OLD," PACKAGE LOOKS LIKE IT NOT GOING TO MAKE TO DIISTANATION" AND ON AND ON , TADAY EXCUSE WAS PACKAGE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC WRAP AND IT ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE . THERE MAIN GOAL NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE , THEY WANT YOU TO USE THERE PACKAGING SERVICE , PAY FOR BOX AND PAY FOR ITEMS TO BE PACKED. NOT JUST DROP OFF LOCATION REAP OFF LACATION.

Please visit any other FedEx location. Had one of the most awful customer service experiences at this location. The employee who “helped” me, Adam has HORRIBLE customer service. He is unprofessional and should not be in a job where he interacts with anyone. Adam completely mis-gendered me when I walked in. I guess women who were baseball cabs are called sir? Then he didn’t even apologize when he did realize I was a woman. I’ve never dealt with this type of blatant ill- regard for a customer. Then when I did need help he was completely combative. Icing on the cake when I said OK thank you for your help trying to neutralize the situation and actually give better customer service and I was receiving. He had zero response. Didn’t say goodbye or have a nice day or anything.Terrible customer service. Please do not go here!

This is only a Google service, you are not directly contacting this company. That being said... No, I do not think they will directly pick-up at your apartment. You can call them and check but I believe you will have to take your packages down to their store.
