There’s a guy who works the desk. He never texted or emailed me confirmation of a tracked package two weeks ago. I went in today to seek help with a returned package. He said “you aren’t getting a refund…and I can’t help you..you’ll need to go to the office on Atlantic”. This is my second negative experience with him. He’s unhelpful and rude. I hope management do something about the bad customer service as this office is so convenient. The 1 800 number told me that he should have given me a form to fill in for a returned package as I had insurance!!!!!

Love that this Post Office is open until 5:30p Mon-Thur, just in time to swing by after work. Carlos goes above and beyond to do all the hard work. I’ve been to bigger Post Offices in the area that don’t half the work Carlos single-handedly does. Would go out of my way to drive here.

I went today at 9:50 am and the lady who was there was pretty rude, slow and complaining she didn’t have enough support to attend two customers, since packing a simple small box takes her about 20 minutes. She doesn’t have any customer service experience at all since she almost yelled at me. If you planning to go to this office, please have a lot of patience to deal with her! Also she runs this postal office in her pijamas by the way. Lol
