The Practice Center in each PGA TOUR Superstore is designed to give you an unfair advantage. Each practice bay is outfitted with ball flight launch monitor technology, as well as video swing capture and playback capabilities, both of which will help you practice efficiently - while your friends are standing on a range beating golf balls with little or no concrete feedback, our Performance Practice Center will give you all of the information you need to dial in your game. Stop by any PGA TOUR Superstore location to work with a PGA TOUR Superstore Certified club fitter and use launch monitor technology to analyze ball-flight characteristics, or to use fitting tools from all of the major manufacturers to get your shot pattern dialed in.

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.

FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.

We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

The PGA TOUR Superstore stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that love golf and tennis as much as we do. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it within 30 days. If the item is still brand new, you will receive a refund back to the original form of payment.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.

You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number and order details as soon as your order has shipped. Please retain this email for your records.

We strive to fulfill and ship every order as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a limited amount of time in which an order can be cancelled. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted.
