Can you give less than 1star? Worst service EVER. Driver lied and said no one was home when there was someone home all day. I am spending another day waiting and they can not even give an approximate time window. Customer service is useless as well. If this company is the delivery service for a purchase, I will not order the item !

The black lady at the front gave me the best and quick service I ever had at a DHL. I might be spelling it wrong but Lervine was knowledgeable on what she does and did her job efficiently. I wish I could come to this DHL all the time but I'm not from this area. If I ever am again and need to ship, I will definitely come here! Thanks!
