Absolutely amazing service, came there with my 4g eurotrash phone, that lenghty research, trying to follow instructions, 3 hours and 3 excruciating calls with unintellegible indian ladies couldnt connect to the internet. Alondra specifically took like 4 unlocks and 15 minutes and it was all done diddly.

The person that helped us, I believe his name was Connor and I apologize if that is wrong or that he would rather I not use his name, but he was very helpful. Answered questions. Very patient. There were few other guys there as well, and you could tell by their demeanor that they were polite and respectful. In buying a phone, it's a big decision, and some in the past at other phone stores, have tried to push their opinions and although the employees usually can make a good choice on the merchandise by asking quick questions especially when there are a lot of customers. But, I want to leave knowing I got what I wanted, not what someone thought I would need. But, everyone at this t-mobile was polite. However, Connor..and again I hope I got name right has been the best I've dealt with at any store and he helped my son and myself. Also, the location of this T-mobile is perfect if you're in area...or not. It s right next to good food, a lot of places to shop right across the street. So you can do more errands in one area if you need to purchase a new phone etc. Also, we went with the internet service that is offered in our area and I was a bit worried that our internet would be slower...but its great. Same as other, but half off what we were paying and easy to get running. I'm glad we went we t-mobile.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Cecile the manager is a jerk. Short, dark haired man greets the customer, " yo what up". Not acceptable for a professional atmosphere. Tall white skinny, southern- tattooed man, believes it's ok to use his hands to attack people of color. Cecile was like her team, condescending and crude. Will not return.
