Today I had the pleasure of working with Kathy....she remembered me from Boca but was wearing a mask....haven't seen her for years. Not only is she professional, personable, and wonderful all-around, she gives you the most delicious, gentle stick in the biz. These needles are 16 gauge, they are THICK....and if you watch her insert it, you don't feel a thing. I was her 7,492,356,222th draw for red blood. More people need to donate blood! If you go to this location and find Kathy there, make sure you give a full bag or red or platelets. SHE'S GREAT!
