Gave me a rental halfway to my destination the oil light came on stating 2 percent oil. I called the location i picked up from and the guy says oh its just a bad sensor. I didn't take a chance and returned at a location near my vacation then was charged transfer fees and gas fees. Why would you do that when you gave me a rental with low oil. The 2nd rental was raggedy. Every time i turned the car shook like crazy. I didn't even know I was charged those fees until days later because once i returned the car they told us to just leave the keys on the counter they were too busy to help everyone and receipts would be emailed.

Harvey and Nick saved the day for us! We were provided a vehicle at FLL Airport from another company and after we had driven quite a distance we were called that the representative forgot to give us the keys back. It was storming and the roads were flooded. We couldn't go back. We pulled into Hertz in Del Ray Beach and these two gentlemen swapped the car and took care of all arrangements. This was beyond awesome! Thank you for saving our weekend and putting us in a vehicle with a key! Thank you!

Asked in advance the information for renting with credit/debit card. They said there would be no problem because the only thing needed was to make reservation 24 hours in advance or more and deposit would be $500 which I understood and agreed to. When I went actually to pick up the car after making and PAYING for reservations FAR from home, THEN they said that they needed to make a credit check (which causes a hard inquiry) and depending on the result is that they know if I could make the rental or not. If that would have been said to me when I took the time to call directly and made the reservation WITH THE LOCATION AGENT (not online), I would have reserved and payed for a beach house that I wont he able to use so, I AM LOOSING THAT MONEY. They don't make themselves accountable for the mistakes, they just say no and that's it. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND !!!

This location is the worst rental place I’ve ever got a car from! I am a Gold 5 star member! I rent from all over the country monthly sometimes everywhere! I have a house in Delray and use the rental to get me to airport to get back to Boston (home) . These guys don’t clean or care about you! They give you the car with no gas and say return with what in it! I got 20 miles to airport and get charged full tank every time! They need to get people with actual brains to work at this spot! Great spot but lazy and irresponsible employees! Every one of them that work there!

Yes, only make sure when you reserve your car search first for a Herstz location near by, however the airport is accessible 24/7
Non no drop off on Sunday at the local franchise only at the Airport they open 24/7
