Excellent range, limited only to pistol calibers unless you become a member and get access to the rifle range. The separating walls in between each range don't go all the way to the ceiling, and occasionally the guy next to you could rain hot brass on you. But it isn't too common, and its rarely crowded. The 4 times I've been here, there wasn't a range safety officer either but you don't really need one unless you're new. Beyond that, the staff is friendly and one of the better ones in Florida.

My son and I went to the Delray Beach Shooting Center to utilize their shooting range. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by several employees and walked over to observe a Sig handgun. Caleb came over and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. If he did not know the answer-he would go ask! Service was excellent and most importantly professional. I would highly recommend. You could hear the interaction with other customers and it was a relaxing and a great experience. Will return soon.

Jordan was super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with my buddy who was looking to buy an AR. After hearing Jordan explain the highlights of the gun and how to use it, i ended up buying one as well. Great selection, great staff and I couldn't be happier!

Pistols, Rifles, Weapons, Parts, Ammo and everything else in one stop. This store is wall to wall, jam-packed with goodies. I've been there several times checking out the inventory, making some purchases and a few times in the range. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had any issues. I actually pass at least 5 other good gun shops I frequent to go this store. On a side note: After reading a few ignorant reviews, I think those people and others should put the shoe on the other foot before leaving such judgemental reviews. Buying weapons, Parts, Ammo etc, is not as simple as a carryout lunch. These guys have a detailed job to do and they do it well... Keep up the good work!!! Highly Recommend

All this is on the website, but they do
Any minor may use the range provided they are accompanied by their parent. If a minor is not accompanied by thier own parent the must be accompanied by a person over 21 and must have a parental consent form filed out and notarized. The form is available on our website under the shooting ranges heading. If you are a beginner, we offer instruction, a reservation is recommended, especially on the weekends. Thank you Mike Sr. Pres Delray Shooting Center

We only allow experienced shooters to use the facility. We offer lessons by appointment. Please visit our website at www.delrayshootingcenter.com there you will be able to book a private 1 hour lesson to get you up and running. Thank You Delray Shooting Center
$20 per shooter. No time limit for that day
Dont think so
In an effort to reduce damage to the range equipment, all shotguns must be shot with slugs only. In addition all long guns MUST have a shoulder stock ( no pistol grips allowed on any long gun)
They have new and used handguns. But as far as prices go it just depends on what brand you are looking for and features you want. But in general they typical carry most quality brands. So figure out what your budget is and then go see them and ask what is in that price range. They will probably be able to get you something that falls into your price range. I would definitely recommend going with a quality handgun over a cheap one since a quality firearm is going to function correctly when needed and will make your range time more enjoyable for you. While clearing jams and other issues is great practice for real world self defense situations it will get old quick. Especially if it is your first gun. Also with the big name manufacturers you will have plenty of aftermarket parts and accessories while the lower end brands just don't have much available when it comes to spare parts, accessories, and aftermarket modification parts such as magazines.
I would imagine so, they let 223, so a air rifle shouldn't be a problem
The staff was very helpful.
Its not my facility. I would recommend calling them

Gabby, All semiautomatic handguns & revolvers rent for $15.00 each plus the cost of ammo. Ammo prices vary depending on the caliber. Please be advised, we only rent firearms to parties that have prior firearms experience. Instruction is available by appointment if you do not have proper knowledge of the safe and proper way to operate one. Please call us at 561 265 0700 for more information. Thank You Delray Shooting Center
You can, they have a 2nd range for that.
Probably $50 for say a glock 17 or sig p226 rental and 100 rounds. They have a glock 18 in a roni stock thats lots of fun but its an expensive rental.
It varys on what you rent (full auto is the most, the supressed weapons, then regular rentals, but if you want to rent a gun you have to use there ammo which kinda brings the price up alittle. overall i had a great experience there their staff is knowledgable and helpful. I think rentals start at 15 or 20 dollars for regular weapons and up from there. Hope i could be of some help.
John, The average price to refinish a blue sttel hand gun is approx 250.00 plus shipping
Keith, you’re answer is incorrect.... you do NOT need to be Florida resident to purchase a RIFLE In this state, in addition the minimum age has been raised to 21. Proof of Florida residency is required when purchasing a handgun. All applicants must pass a FDLE background check and satisfy the counties 5 day waiting period unless the applicant had a “like” trade in or a concealed weapons permit.
No, I would suggest going in earlier
