I dropped my dog off last week, 13 years old. They had him 6 hours for a dental cleaning and a nail trim. We never did the dental cleaning because I didn’t want to put my dog out with a tube down his throat. They didn’t do anything. No test no nail trim. Just my dog in a cage for 6 hours. Have been to two locations 5 times in the last two days for this nail trim and have still yet to get it. Terrible business.and I pay the monthly fee for “wellness”

Have been coming here for a few years even before they moved to the new Whole Foods plaza. The staff is wonderful with my dog Zoe, she doesn’t like going to the vet but the ladies here always take such good care of her! I love that they call me for her checkups and always check up on her if she has any issues. The monthly plans are pretty reasonable, usually owe nothing for checkups unless she needs a medication.

I cannot be more pleased with the care given to Penny and the benefits of the Wellness Plan. The staff is very caring and efficient and our visits could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this facility for your pet's care.

Wonderful Dr.s and friendly staff. My dog is very comfortable when he goes in.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
I take my dog to vet on military near Lake WORTH so only buy food and other supplies. I do not use Petsmart vet or bathing services. I get records from my vet
