Dasmen is the worse company. Breach of contracts, messed up apartments ( can take pictures). Rudeness! Caused me to have a full on panic attack and then couldn’t deal with it! Do not respond! F rating on BBB! Yes filing a report. As well as contacted local news! My air conditioner is now flooding the hallway so I cannot use. You would think they would fix things before renting!!!!!! Now day 3 and no response! Not my problem if carpet is ruined. It is hot and I need air! And now day 5! It is destroying the ceiling! Anxiety is definitely raising again. Going to cause health issues! This is AZ and hot!!!!!! Cannot sleep! Have to work! Worst service ever! Fixed air and now ceiling in bathroom is leaking from upstairs!!!! Can you say Ghetto. A week later and still not fixed. As much water that has been going through surprised ceiling hasn’t fallen. I know there is going to be mol everywhere at this point!

Been almost a year with no guaranteed hot water for buildings 1, 2 and 9. It's always hit and miss. I have to wake up at 5am every morning to go to work and I would love to shower in warm water instead of 38° water that matches the weather outside. It's to the point where a fellow neighbor and I have to heat water up on the stove or microwave to give our baby girls a bath. I pay up to 1200 in rent and can't take a decent warm shower in the mornings. I know it's not the people in the offices fault, but someone needs to get this ball rolling if it's a bigger issue than whats causing multiple families to not have hot water when they need it.
