This company is very difficult to deal with and to get straight answers from. I had several representatives hang up on me because I was asking direct questions about billing and also becoming compliant again. The reason why I was not compliant was I asked for a different mask to be sent to me because I cannot stand The original mask. All they would say it sucks to be you and this is not my problem. They outsource their billing department to Rotech. I was told to call them and I did and they referred me back to Summit.. One advised I was referred back to them by Rotech and transfer back To Summit said that’s not my problem and hung up the phone again. A very unprofessional place to do business with. follow up on 09/29/2022 Per the request above, I have sent a follow up e-mail to ro- tech in Summit Respiratory unfortunately they do not respond back to emails even when they asked a person to send and email from their google review. This is a nice way of them looking politically correct on a Google review to look like they're handling a situation which they are clearly not handling the issue. Do not use this company

my first tests done 18 months ago. Several follow up calls. last call from them 6 months ago asking for updated insurance. I have been on hold for over an hour. HORRIBLE. i understand delay with Phillips recall, but 18 months is inexcusable. I have had 4 surgeries and am facing a 5th and need special anesthetic treatment for all. I am going to ask my new primary care if we can go elsewhere.
