Probably should’ve looked at their reviews and ratings before going through them being that Other companies selling the same product and service have much better ratings , but that’s my own mistake. I’m seeing the same issues I’m having currently from other customers in the reviews. I too was given a specific move in date, after being told that I did the obvious , rented a uhaul , scheduled an Xfinity tech for move in day to set up our internet, ordered applicances to be delivered also on move in day . Only to turn around and after the fact be told the move in date isn’t going to happen. Super unprofessional. My lease ends the same day we are scheduled for move in and I can’t extend , I have no where else to go let alone with All my belongings and furniture. They just don’t understand the type of disruptions and stress they cause to peoples lives by not delivering on their word and promises. I get people get sick and that can delay things but you’re telling me your guys only go through one contracting company and don’t have any backups in the case that things like people getting sick happen ? That’s absurd. I would definitely recommend you shop around and weigh your options very heavily before deciding to settle with Clayton homes because I wish I would’ve.

Chelsea is the best so far, could not ask for a better service, have not bought the home yet but expecting to get it soon. She gave me very good deals and hope that we can come out to a BETTER DEAL as I will be paying CASH FOR my forever HOME.
