Great place to drop off fall leaves, extra compost or recycling. Have numerous recycling, compost and even a place for branches. They used to also accept large styrofoam although not sure they still do.

Seriously City & County of Denver you are going to require proof of address to drop of recycling? No other local municipalities do this. Way to hassle people driving out of their way to do the right thing.

Denver residents are permitted 1 load per day!!!! Make it count.

Yesterday was a 4+ star day, warmly greeted and directed where to go, easy to unload my shrub branches. Nevertheless, there used to be compost bins here for other materials and it seems they do not outwardly accept that type of material now. I do my own composting, so not a concern personally, rather just saddened that they have closed a waste stream for this material that had been free to residents. Previous visits have been as bad as 1 star though, so glad to have had a far more positive encounter.
UPDATE: I maintain or help maintain (elderly in-law) 8 Denver city lots, roughly 30,000 sf of mature landscaping and recently dropped off some branches from thorny weed shrubs that had grown from neglect from the prior 93 year old resident at my house. I have a chipper for all the other branches, but these were really thorny and didn't want to harm myself trying to run through the machine. So, ended up with LOTS of branches and made a second trip. Apparently, you can't drop off more than one load per week per person regardless of how many DENVER properties you own or help maintain. WHAT? I run a business and have to manage my time, plus organize borrowing a truck. Why does the city make it so hard to use this service that helps keep the city neat and tidy? The property taxes paid on those properties is not insignificant, so this is a very disappointing policy that does not seem productive or fair.

No, I don't think they take any electronics - just plastic bottles and containers, aluminum and steel cans, glass, and cardboard. There's also a place to drop off compost, grass, and tree clippings at this location.
They do have 1 single little black trash bin for plastic bags. You will have to look between all the big recycling bins for it. Sometimes it's by the compost bins also.
