Had an excellent experience getting my first piercing (septum). Jake was very polite, informative and professional. He talked me through the process and left me with a perfectly placed piercing. I absolutely will not go back to this establishment… the person that I dealt with was so rude and dismissive. They refused to downsize the piercing for me stating that it had not been in long enough… which is completely untrue! Especially, since the friend that I went in with and we both had ours piercings done at the same time … had her post shortened like 4 weeks earlier!!! Completely ridiculous… The person that was supposed to shorten the post seemed more interested in gossiping about the clients .. which that in itself is incredibly unprofessional… “ I truly hope this shop reads this review and heightens their professionalism and their customer service…

They are not doing mouth or nose piercing, but they have a sign up sheet for the waiting list when they resume doing mouth and nose modifications. I'm not real sure about the jewelry as I brought my own. I'm going to assume it's surgical steel and titanium. They also have wood and gold that I saw in one display case. Give them a call, they were all super nice. Oh and you have to sign off on a covid sheet. They take your temperature before you can enter the shop. I made an appointment online too.

i'm 15 and i got my cartilage pierced here a couple weeks ago. as long as you have a parent or guardian w/ you and some documents then you're good.
I had mine done by Kenny, he was awesome! Explained every step and what to expect. Its been about three weeks, its healing with no problem. I would recommend Iris piercing, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful.
