I've lived in my fair share of apartments, and this one has definitely been the worse. The photos on the website are a scam. The apartments are poorly renovated (an understatement, as everything broke within the first week of living there). There are roaches and mice. You never have hot water, or working air conditioning. There are also emergency water shut-offs 2-3 times a month (which negatively affects the AC). The water shut-offs typically happen later in the day, so the office workers get off and leave their residents with no running water for hours, and no assistance. Since I have lived here, the amenities were never open or usable. I've sent in numerous maintenance requests that were unfulfilled. The management team is impossible to reach, even through email or voicemail. I was told by Lydia (who works in the office) that they receive too many phone calls a day to return voicemails. Mind you, I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office. The complex is extremely unsafe. Cars are broken into regularly, non-residents sleep out by the pool at night, and the gates never work. I'm sure the management will comment on here that they are willing to help resolve these issues, however, you can never reach them! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I don't like this place because the manager that used to run it evicted me for something that was solo that cannot be explained here at this time or moment. I completely apologize for that but what happened is severely manipulated and super neglective and ruthless due to their part which I will not explain out of respect for this apartment which should have no respect for them at all but that's just the person I am and that's just how it goes

Honestly .. this is my second time (lease) living here and new management is improving as much as possible as quickly as possible … minor issues for my wife and I .. but blessed to have a roof over our head with the friendliest management I’ve met.. people should complain less and appreciate the work they put in to improve this place ..oh I’d really loooove the fitness center to open soon!! If they can push that a little quicker lol

Edit for August in Tucson. The pools STILL aren't up and running. I don't understand how an apartment complex in Tucson has two pools that weren't used the entire summer break. Also, The fitness center and clubhouse still aren't available for resident use. You're paying for amenities that you'll never get access to, essentially. I've been here for five months, and it's been a series of issues. Some repeating, and some not. One of the biggest issues was hot water. Since I moved in, the water was, at best, warm. There's constantly notes on our doors about the the water being shut off for a few hours so that the hot water issues can be resolved. But there's been close to a dozen of these notes, the most recent being 2 days ago. There's two pools, neither of which is open. One does have water in it, which is promising, but it's had water for three weeks and still isn't available for residents to use. This is similar to the laundry room situation. There's two laundry rooms, but only one is available for residents to use. Residents used to be able to access the laundry rooms themselves, with a key that was provided upon move in, but this is no longer the case. The laundry rooms are open and closed by management and you're SOL if laundry on a Sunday is something you want to do, as the (sole working) laundry room is closed on Sundays. The Fitness Center has never been open since I've been here. The clubhouse is currently being used as the office, so it's currently unavailable to residents. New big issue ; The AC is ran off of a chiller unit and all too often, complaints go unanswered, but you'll get a nice online survey asking how management did. With the AC set as low as I can, my apartment has reached 82°F at 2 am. It currently fluctuates in the range of 76 to 82. Which, apparently, is "good enough," but I have to run fans in every room to be comfortable and it's too hot to sleep next to another body. Good customer service would suggest that that for so many issues, there might be a concessions made in the form of reduced rent, but it's like pulling teeth. Most of the issues occur in the portion of rent ($110) that covers heating, cooling, water, sewer and trash. But since it's one category, management will say it's very difficult to calculate for x service. If you push hard enough, eventually they'll give you a number to take off rent. Unfortunately, a few weeks later you'll get a note on your door to that says "just a reminder, you're behind on your rent by "the amount you were supposed to get discounted" except that's a dollar amount. The latest of series of AC drama, we did get reimbursed for 3 nights because of a parts delay. Unfortunately, after the chiller was "fixed" I was told that the temperature should decrease "2 degrees every 6 hours." Since we were starting at 90 degrees, Tuesday morning, that should mean about 74 (16 degrees) by Thursday morning. The temperature got really close, getting to 75. Before CLIMBING back up. At 6pm, 2 days after the fix, my apartment sits at a toasty 81 degrees, with the AC set to max. The front office suggested I change the air filter, which I did, at 79 degrees. I called the parent company and was told that someone would definitely contact me. They have not. Calling the parent company after hours gives you their business hours, then information about leaving a voicemail, then hangs up immediately, regardless of any number you may push. I've been patient, but this experience, on top of the others has me fairly certain that I will not be renewing my lease, which is not something most people should be sure of with more than 6 months left on a lease. It's worth noting that this complex has only been under this management company since December 2020. The renovations end up looking really nice. There's plenty of parking, ample trash cans and it's a relatively quiet complex. The front office staff is very friendly.

We have been here 3 years this month and have had no problems. Management is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance has never taken more than 1 week. Best comolex out if all the complexes we've been in.
